Concerned about the shipping cost? 

 Here's the scoop: Our products are inexpensive but heavy, with an average order weighing in at about 40 lbs, the courier costs can get up there.  Obviously we could bury them into the cost of the product like many of our competitors do...But we would rather be upfront with our customers so you can see exactly what you are paying for. We have very competitive rates with UPS and Canpar, that lets us pass savings on to our customers.  (Rest assured, we don't add additional shipping or handling charges.)

At Custom Amenities, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver our amazing hotel toiletries and accessories to hundreds of customers across Canada, ensuring that we stay true to our Canadian core values of service and responsiveness that has served us well since 1961.

Here’s the time frame for order delivery; it’s divided into two parts: 

 

Processing time:  You place your order (thank you!), then we take it from there. We need to take time for: order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed at our head office warehouse, located in beautiful Calgary, Alberta. We strive to have most orders shipped within 24 hours. Monday to Friday, Orders received over the weekend will ship next Monday. Exceptions are applied to custom print products. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Calgary warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 14 days business days to arrive at their destination depending on where you are located. If you need something rushed, please call us at 1 800 661 1500 and we can discuss the best solution for your time frame.
